Cause of change affecting the organization and particularly his or her role within the organization.

Each student will produce an end of term report based on an interview conducted with an individual with administrative responsibility in the health care system. It is entirely the student’s choice as to the person to interview and the organization within which the individual works. Focus the interview on the following:a) The individual’s general role and responsibilities within the organization.b) The individual’s identification of a recent major cause of change affecting the organization and particularly his or her role within the organization; relate this to ongoing change in healthcare.c) How the individual is managerially/administratively responding to such change.Write a report of approximately 1400-1600 words based on the interview. In your report discuss and critique (that’s different from criticizing) the subject’s approach to responding to the change discussed, based on the principles addressed in this course.I will be interviewing the director of nursing at Gwinnett medical center, any department. Hospitals have become so departmentalized and create new names for things that it is difficult to keep up.I am sure Gwinnett has seen many recent changes and has had to formulate administrative responses to new situations and requirements. Ask him to focus in on one and give you a good picture of how he went about managing his organization’s response. Keep Planning Organizing Facilitating Monitoring/ Controlling in mind.
