2.Discuss the philosophical underpinnings of your selected Nursing theory, philosophy, or framework. Include a discussion of philosophies or
worldviews upon which the theory is based. Is it based on human needs, interactive process, or unitary process?
3.Describe the major assumptions, concepts, and relationships in your selected Nursing theory, philosophy, or framework. If no assumptions
are clearly stated, you should discuss any assumptions that may be inferred/assumed from the theory.
4.Discuss the usefulness of the theory, philosophy, or framework in the nursing profession. This may include its applicability to either
clinical practice, or to the development of more concrete theories. The focus of this section should be on the theory’s applicability to the
profession of nursing as a whole.
5.In addition to the course text, you must integrate at least three (3) other scholarly, peer-reviewed references that relate to the theory,
philosophy, or framework you selected.
Your assignment must follow these formatting requirements:
•Be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides; citations and references must follow APA
format. •You must include a title page, page numbers, running head, in-text citations, and scholarly references.
