The data were collected during a study of the effects of leptospirosis and leptospiral vaccination on sheep production. The study was conducted on eight farms from 2011. Weights and reproduction data was collected for each animal. Approximately one third of each study group on each farm was vaccinated. As this is an exploratory data analysis on real-life data, there is of course no single way of conducting the analysis, it is up to you to make decisions about what is relevant to present. ****Important note****There are publications around this study that you will find, don’t try to reproduce the results, the data has been modified!
