Social media is full of advertisements, whether they are put out by the company or from word-of-mouth. Select a product youâ€ve learned about from social media or one that youâ€ve become more curious about since seeing it on social media.
Discuss the following questions:

Part2.
1.It is so interesting that we are discussing this this week. My oldest son kept seeing an ad for this shoe company called stockx, he loves shoes especially those that are unique. He did a little research and figured that purchasing a pair of she from the site was legit, he spent 325.00 on a pair of Travis Scott’s. When he first ordered the shoes he was getting updates pretty frequently but after a while he stopped hearing from them, I asked about the shoes last night because I knew that it had been about 3 weeks since he ordered them. I decided to look up the reviews of this company and so did he and I have to tell you that they were horrible, people were being sold fake product and not getting their money back, there was not even a number to call customer service. I asked my son what made him order from this site and he was telling me how he kept seeing the ads and had ran across someone on social media who was talking about this company and he got sucked in. By the end of the night my son was writing a horrible review and demanding his money back, he has yet to hear from them.
2.Under normal circumstances I would have plenty of time to obsess over my YouTube videos and subscriptions. I also really enjoy being able to craft, so I was in search of the perfect crafting machine. I had stumbled upon a series of videos demonstrating the use of the Cricut Maker. While Cricut has several advanced crafting machines the Cricut Maker was being advertised as a superior machine to the others. Being able to see the functionality of the machine on YouTube was a major contribution to my decision to purchase the Cricut Maker.
It has been a little over 2 years and the Cricut Maker is still better than what could have been advertised. Each crafter is different and can imagine several projects differently which impact the way the machine can be used. Cricut published several do-it-yourself videos to aid consumers in their projects, all while sponsoring several independent YouTubers to use and promote their product. The Cricut brand strategy was to promote and educate do-it-yourself, also to show how their advanced product is best suited to accommodate the creativity of a crafter.
