The first sheet contains a tracking form where you calculate your salary and promotion progress by associated textbook chapters.
Then, complete the Week 2 Performance Review (sheet 2 of the Excel Workbook) as if you are filling out your performance review as an employee at ACME Corporation. Answer the following performance review questions in 1-2 paragraphs each:
What were your goals from the Pre-Test ACME (salary, promotion, work/life? How did your results in years 23-35 measure against my goals?
What unethical or illegal decisions did you make in years 23-35? Why did you think they were ethical/legal?
What changes (if any) would you like to make to your salary, promotion, and/or work/life balance goals?
What can you do to improve in your simulation performance?
What are the different stressors in years 23-35 that you discovered that affected your morals and ethics? Explain why.
What other items should be in Acme’s Code of Ethics/Conduct that would help you make better decisions?
Submit your Excel Workbook for your assignment. You will be graded on the completion of the Business Ethics Simulation Activities, the accuracy of your tracking, and the quality of your performance review to apply ethical concepts. This is not a paper, however, please provide APA-style citations if you use additional sources to support your answers.
