The purpose of this reflection is to help you articulate your development as a professional in psychology. Thoughtful answers to the discussion prompts will prepare you for the job interview process and celebrate the final work of your program. Consider: The information, skills, and professional attributes you bring to your area of practice or specialization. Your theoretical orientation. The main characteristics of the practitioner or scholar who understands and responds skillfully to the wide range of human diversities.
